Do I have to purchase hardware through you?

We recommend getting all of the hardware through our store, to ensure you get the correct equipment. Other printers will have the same name but may have a different part number. This could mean that it only works with a direct USB connection (iPads do not support this) or it could have a lower quality in the resolution (203 vs 300 dpi). The only part you are required to purchase through us is the scale. We have to manually modify the scales to draw power to the bluetooth adapter, so it can make the connection with your iPad.
