Do I need to order new hardware?

You may need new hardware depending on your current setup. The Latest version is only compatible with Zebra printers and Star Micronics scales, since we can easily distribute them and verify their quality. We understand that some customers may have different hardware, which is why we are continuing to let the Legacy version run for customers who need it.
