What Is a Custom Label?
A custom label is a label design created specifically for your business. This may include your logo, custom fonts, adjusted field sizes, unique layouts, or additional regulatory information (such as a state license number or extended use-by date settings).
Standard label templates are available to all users by default. Custom labels are for businesses that need something beyond the standard options.

Once your custom label is created, you own it — use it as many times as you like with no additional charges.
How to Submit a Custom Label Request
- Go to marketsquaretech.com/contact-us and fill out the custom label request form.
- Include a description of what you need — or attach a photo of an existing label as a reference.
- Our team will review your request and reach out to confirm details and pricing before we begin.
Note: Payment is required upfront before label creation begins. We will send you a Square invoice once we confirm your request.
What Information Helps Us Get It Right
When submitting your request, it helps to include:
- Your business name as it should appear on the label
- The label size you are using (e.g., 2"x3", 1"x1", etc.)
- Any specific fields you need (e.g., use-by date, license number, description size, barcode placement)
- A photo of an existing label or a rough sketch of what you are looking for
Turnaround Time
