Items are not loading in SwiftLabel™ or DeliLabel™?

Quick troubleshooting steps to make sure you are able to see your items!

SwiftLabel or DeliLabel App Not Loading Items

Symptoms

  • The app opens but the item list on the left side is blank or empty
  • The app shows a message like "Cannot connect to the internet" or "Error connecting to server" — even though your Wi-Fi appears to be working
  • Items were loading fine before, but stopped after an update or power cycle
  • Refreshing the app does not bring items back

Step 1: Confirm Your Internet Connection

The error message can be misleading — the app may lose its internal connection even when your device's Wi-Fi looks fine.

  • Open a browser on the same device and try loading any webpage.
  • If the browser works but the app still shows an error, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Sign Out and Sign Back In

This is the most effective fix for this issue:

  1. Go to Settings in the app.
  2. Tap Sign Out.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Sign back in with your MarketSquare credentials.
  5. Allow the app a moment to reload your items.

Step 3: Uninstall and Reinstall the App

If signing out and back in does not resolve the issue:

  1. Delete the SwiftLabel or DeliLabel app from your device.
  2. Reinstall it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  3. Sign in again with your credentials.

Note for Android users: SwiftLabel is available on the Google Play Store. See SwiftLabel Android Devices for compatible device information.


Step 4: Check for a Known Outage

Occasionally, a service disruption on our end can cause items to fail to load across multiple accounts. If multiple devices are affected simultaneously, this may be the cause. We will communicate any known outages as quickly as possible.
