These errors are indicative of a potential WiFi permissions issue.
HOW TO FIX
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and make sure DeliLabel has permission enabled.
If DeliLabel does not have Local Network access, it may not be able to see the printer even if the printer itself is connected to Wi-Fi and showing correctly in the Zebra Utility app.
